Summary:
The HRO Sr. Data Analyst ensures the reliability, compliance, and efficiency of software systems that support all High Reliability Organization departments and functions: Patient Safety, Quality, Infection Prevention, and Employee Health. The role emphasizes leveraging technology and analytical tools to optimize workflows, manage data, and maintain high standards of quality and compliance in healthcare operations. The position integrates technical expertise in system development, quality assurance, and data-driven decision-making to enhance organizational performance. The requirements for the role include designing and maintaining data structures, working with operational teams to adjust software workflows to meet operational needs, and will include responding to inquiries for data along with analysis of data for insights.

Bachelor's degree in related field required.
Master's degree in Computer Science, Healthcare IT, Information Systems, or a related field required.
Minimum of 5 years experience in advanced data analytics and software/application system development and maintenance required, healthcare industry preferred.
Strong programming or scripting skills (e.g., Java Script, Python, or SQL).
Experience with system integration, APIs, and workflow automation.
Analytical problem-solver with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
