Functional Analyst/BA (B2B Experience)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager with proven experience in B2B environments to oversee and drive the successful execution of projects. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to align project goals with business objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage multiple B2B projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to achieve project goals.
• Define project milestones, allocate resources, and monitor progress using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients, acting as a primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present detailed project reports and updates to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with client expectations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 5+ years of experience managing B2B projects, with a track record of successful delivery.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana) and CRM platforms.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, client engagement, and partnership management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus.
