The Vice President of Sales leads the sales department and manages all sales operations. Their duties include developing sales department strategies, training staff and setting sales goals. Their main duty is to ensure sales revenues meet or exceed goals to keep the company profitable.

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required. Master's degree is highly preferred.
- Minimum of twelve (10) years of experience in customer service/sales required.
- Minimum of ten (10) years supervisory experience required.
- Experience in large-scale gaming operations with multiple property experience preferred.
- Related, relevant, and/or direct experience may be considered in lieu of the minimum educational requirements indicated above.
- Strong leadership and people management skills required with good motivational and collaboration emphasis; communicates change effectively, overcomes resistance and builds commitment.
- Demonstrates ability to communicate in a clear, friendly and positive manner with internal and external customers.
- Experience in leading teams of all levels including influencing others.
Key Duties:
- Managing all sales team members and processes.
- Setting sales goals and quotas.
- Creating the sales department budget.
- Producing sales forecasts and reports.
- Researching the market and competitors.
- Training, mentoring and motivating the sales team.
- Collaborating with the marketing department to develop effective promotional materials.
- Building relationships with customers.
- Other duties as assigned.
