Staff, Functional System Analyst (Order to Cash)

Office Location: Westford, MA OR anywhere in U.S. for the right candidate
Hybrid office schedule: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Senior Consultant to serve as a key liaison between business teams and IT, ensuring that enterprise systems effectively support business processes and objectives.
  • The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications documents.
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure functional accuracy and system efficiency.
  • Strong experience in implementing order to cash processes. Sales order management, pricing, Credit Management and Billing.
  • Strong expertise in SAP configuration, customization, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot system issues, providing functional support to end users.

Familiarity with Agile project management frameworks and SAP Activate methodology.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business systems.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to interact with business users, developers, and leadership teams.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, computer science, Information Technology.
  • 12+ years of hands-on experience in consulting, SAP implementation and support projects.
  • Proven track record in more than 2 full lifecycle SAP implementations in SAP CRM and SAP SD (Order to Cash), S/4HANA including blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Experience in handling EDI 850, 855, 870 and 810 message types and working with 3rd party vendors to onboard customers for EDI.
  • Experience in working with cross functional teams like Finance and logistics to analyze and work on E2E systematic solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP integration with third-party applications, middleware, and APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with ABAP debugging, Fiori apps, and SAP UI enhancements (optional but beneficial).
  • Experience in handling WRICEFS, data conversion and master data management.
  • Experience in production support ticketing tools and SLA handling process.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • SAP Certified Application Professional (in the relevant SAP module).
  • SAP S/4HANA Certification in Sales and Distribution

Minimum Salary: $108,900.00

Maximum Salary:$166,980.00

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $108,900.00 and $166,980.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Juniper's pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
