Elevation Autism Center is an independently-owned provider of early intervention ABA and Speech therapy services to the Atlanta community. We serve the unique needs of children from 1- 6 years old with comprehensive programming in a fun and engaging environment. As BCBA Clinical Supervisor, you will:
  • Make a measurable and lasting impact in the lives of young children.
  • Train staff in the delivery of individualized treatment programs for early learners.
  • Integrate the principles of trauma-assumed care and Skills Based Treatment.
  • Earn crisis management certification under the Marcus Crisis Prevention Program (MCPP).
  • Foster an environment of safety, security and HRE in clinical services.
  • Deliver an engaging parent training program that drives lifelong outcomes.
  • Integrate the latest research of ABA programs for young children.
  • Advocate for the importance of early intervention and research-based practices.


Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a clinical setting.
  • Expertise in the development, implementation and oversight of comprehensive programming for children diagnosed with ASD.
  • Confidence and enthusiasm in promoting the principles of ABA to caregivers and staff.
  • A passion for developing communication skills in early learners.
  • Experience with implementing strategies for maladaptive behavior.
  • Enderstanding of Verbal Behavior, Natural Environment Teaching (NET), and Discrete Trail Teaching (DTT).
  • A humble, collaborative and solution-based approach to problem-solving.
  • Love of lifelong learning, proactive approach to integrating evidence-based techniques, and a burning desire to provide the best possible treatment available.
  • Confidence, personal humility, and a demonstrated history of teamwork.
