Clindoc Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Epic Clindoc Lead Analyst to oversee the implementation, optimization, and support of the Epic Clinical Documentation (ClinDoc) module. The Lead Analyst will serve as the subject matter expert, collaborating with clinical, technical, and operational teams to enhance documentation workflows, improve system functionality, and ensure regulatory compliance. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage complex projects across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, build, implementation, and ongoing support of the Epic Clindoc module to enhance clinical documentation workflows.
• Serve as a liaison between IT, clinical users, and operational leadership to ensure the system meets clinical needs and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee system configuration, workflow design, and testing efforts, including unit, integrated, and user acceptance testing.
• Manage and mentor a team of analysts, providing guidance on best practices, issue resolution, and system optimization.
• Collaborate with end-users to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and implement solutions that improve efficiency and user satisfaction.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements.
• Lead upgrade and maintenance efforts, ensuring system changes align with organizational goals and Epic best practices.

Qualifications:

• Epic Clindoc Certification (Required).
• 5+ years of experience with Epic Clinical Documentation (ClinDoc) in a build or analyst role.
• Experience in leading projects and mentoring teams in an Epic environment.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows, documentation requirements, and regulatory standards (e.g., Joint Commission, CMS, HIPAA).
• Experience with Epic upgrade cycles, system testing, and end-user training.
