We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Application Consultant - Microsoft Specialist. You will play a key role in advancing several significant projects and will be responsible for hands-on work with various Microsoft technologies, particularly Intune, Bitlocker, M365, and SharePoint Online. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of best practices in Microsoft 365 implementation and migration, as well as experience with Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and secure device management in an enterprise environment.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of best practices in Microsoft 365 implementation and migration, as well as experience with Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and secure device management in an enterprise environment.
Must Have's:
- Intune Migration & Management: Lead and execute the migration of enterprise applications and devices to Microsoft Intune, ensuring seamless integration and configuration.
- Bitlocker Setup: Configure and manage Bitlocker through Intune to ensure robust security for client devices.
- M365 Implementation & Best Practices: Provide expertise in the implementation and optimization of M365 services, ensuring that clients adhere to best practices for deployment, security, and management.
- DLP Implementation: Implement and configure Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies within Microsoft 365 to ensure data protection across devices and applications.
- SharePoint Online Configuration: Implement and configure SharePoint Online solutions, providing best practices for its setup, management, and usage in a cloud environment.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Documentation & Training: Provide clear documentation of configuration settings and processes, and deliver training sessions to client teams as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in migrating to and managing Microsoft Intune.
- Hands-on experience with setting up and managing Bitlocker through Intune.
- Strong expertise in implementing DLP solutions within Microsoft 365.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 services and SharePoint Online, with a focus on implementation and best practices.
- Deep understanding of security and compliance best practices for Microsoft technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues related to Microsoft products.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, or Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert).
- Prior experience working in a client-facing consulting role.
- Familiarity with additional Microsoft technologies and cloud platforms.
