Description:
Role Description: - Understand the enterprise architecture and the different systems/components involved such as Services, ODM, Databases, UI's ,BPM- Contact Center subject matter expert with IVR knowledge. Working with Business and Development teams to determine required technical solutions.- Documenting business and functional requirements, including data flow, business rules, and use cases-Document the end to end architecture of the solution .- Understanding and being able to translate data logic and data transformations- Assisting the QA and UAT teams during testing phases of the project / sprint and supporting Development teams in resolving any bugs that arise- Assisting with Scrum ceremonies and driving ongoing Sprint Planning and Backlog Refinement sessions- Coordinating meetings with various business unit subject matter experts to solicit and cross-reference business and functional requirements- Resolving any Production issues or data quality inquiries with Business and Development teams through investigation into the root causes
