Job Description:

- Work in a skilled nursing floor with 35 - 40 residents including some receiving short-term rehabilitation.
- Collaborate with Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and an accessible RN supervisor for support during the overnight shift.
- Contribute to a team that operates every other weekend and rotates holidays.
- Provide individualized nursing care to residents, supporting their recovery and daily living needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and maintain accurate documentation.
- Ensure compliance with nursing standards and protocols to deliver high-quality care.
- Engage with residents and their families to provide support and education.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and professional development opportunities.
