- Language Assessment/treatment proficiency.
Job Description:
- Provide therapeutic services in an acute care setting.
- Perform comprehensive speech and language evaluations, focusing on dysphagia assessments.
- Conduct cognitive and language assessments and deliver appropriate treatments.
- Administer and interpret Modified Barium Swallow Evaluations.
- Implement diet modifications based on assessments.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.
- Adaptable and independent, contributing effectively within the healthcare team.
- Participate in weekend rotations, including one Saturday per month.
- Comply with required vaccination policies for employment.
- Follow dress code: Navy scrubs.
Note: This role requires flexibility and autonomy to deliver high-quality patient care.
