Clinical Engagement Manager

Working Hours: 8-5
Summary:
Provide oversight of physician engagement team activities.
Provide oversight to Clinical Navigator team activities.
Collaborate with physicians across the BH System on supply cost reductions by reducing variations across service lines while maintaining quality of care.
Develop positive relationships to promote collaboration between Supply Chain and Baptist Health Physicians and other clinicians.
Coordinate logistics activities around product evaluations by serving as a liaison between BH physicians, supply vendors, and BH department personnel
Maintain accurate documentation of supply chain project plans for new product requests submitted for CQVA Physician Leadership Committee.
Reviews clinical utilization of products as well as quality outcomes with physicians to ensure products contracted provide best patient care while also providing value for the organization
Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and supply variation
Work closely with Contracting/Sourcing Portfolio teams
Other information:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or RN certification, preferred
Minimum five (5) years progressive nursing experience, surgical services experience, preferred
Minimum three (3) years management experience, preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with cross-functional teams and suppliers
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis
Experience building and reviewing data in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
