Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
- Greet customers promptly and professionally as they enter the dealership.
- Understand customer needs and preferences through effective questioning and active listening.
- Provide detailed information about available vehicles, features, and financing options.
- Conduct test drives to demonstrate vehicle performance and features.
Sales Process:
- Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase.
- Present pricing, payment, and financing options in a clear and transparent manner.
- Negotiate pricing and trade-in values to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Prepare and process all necessary paperwork for vehicle sales, ensuring accuracy and compliance with dealership policies.
Relationship Building:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and address any questions or concerns.
- Maintain a network of potential customers through regular outreach and follow-up activities.
Sales Targets and Performance:
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the Sales Manager.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
- Continuously improve sales techniques through training and professional development.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay up-to-date on the dealership's current inventory, as well as new and upcoming models.
- Maintain a deep understanding of vehicle features, specifications, and performance.
- Educate customers on the benefits and value of various vehicle options and packages.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the finance and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to share knowledge and improve performance.
- Support other team members in achieving dealership goals and objectives.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
