Responsibilities Include:
  • Managing the customer service team by setting policies, overseeing training, and ensuring efficient workloads.
  • Addressing customer pain points, implementing feedback, and enhancing service quality.
  • Overseeing daily operations, including store interactions and service processes.
  • Coordinating with other department heads to bridge communication between teams.
  • Filling in for the pricing manager when necessary.
  • Compiling and analyzing department performance reports for upper management.
  • Conducting market research to stay updated on industry trends.
  • Hiring, training, and coaching new personnel while ensuring a strong, well-supported team.

Ideal Qualifications:
  • Proven customer service management experience with a track record of improving service quality.
