Team & Position Description:

We are currently seeking a self motivated D365 Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. You will play role in driving strategic initiatives and delivering actionable insights to shape our organizations future. This position offers the opportunity to work on high impact projects, collaborating closely with cross functional teams to identify challenges, develop solutions and implement changes to create measurable business value. What we're looking for (Key Performance Objectives):
  • Provide day-to-day support to end users by addressing system or process-related issues effectively and efficiently. Evaluate each issue to determine the root cause and implement solutions, including tailored process or system training to enhance user competency and prevent recurrence. By the end of the first 6 months, identify recurring user challenges and develop targeted training sessions or process enhancements, leading to a 30% reduction in repeated support requests.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather and document clear, actionable business requirements for critical projects. Within the first 30 days, establish relationships with key stakeholders and develop a structured approach for requirement gathering, ensuring consistency and completeness. By the end of the first 6 months, conduct requirement-gathering for at least two enhancement projects, ensuring that all inputs are well-defined, aligned with business objectives. Success will be measured by achieving stakeholder approval with minimal revisions.
  • Collaborate with team members to test Microsoft upgrades and application enhancements using structured test plans and scripts within a designated testing platform. Within the first 30 days, familiarize yourself with the testing process, tools, and existing test plans to ensure consistency and accuracy in execution.
  • Work with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and third-party providers to ensure smooth operation and maintenance of integrations between Dynamics 365 (D365) and peripheral systems. Support efforts to reduce integration-related incidents by at least 20%.

Requirements/Ideal Attributes:
  • A college diploma or university degree in the field of computer science, or equivalent experience in information systems is required.
  • In-depth, hands-on knowledge and experience with enterprise and desktop applications, including MS Dynamics 365/MS AX, Supply Chain and Warehouse Management, LCS, Azure DevOps, MS Excel, MS Word.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft CE CRM a plus
  • Highly self-motivated and directed.
  • Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, and presentational skills.
  • Able to develop and interpret technical documentation.
  • Flexible to work weekends and extended periods of time as required.
  • Proven experience with troubleshooting principles, methodologies, and issue-resolution techniques.
  • Good understanding of the organization's goals and objectives

Compensation Range: $125,000 - 145,000 annual salary - Actual compensation may vary due to other factors such as: years of experience, skill set or location. Total compensation includes profit sharing bonus potential, 401k matching, and a variety of other benefits (details can be found here).
