Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled V&E Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide hands-on integration and prototyping expertise combined with a deep knowledge of cyber technology to develop, integrate, test, assess, and deliver unique technical solutions that meet critical client needs. This role requires someone who can stay ahead of market and technology trends, bringing best-in-class solutions to clients while ensuring technical excellence in all aspects of the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the integration of cyber technology solutions and prototype development to create innovative and effective technical solutions. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and architectures.
• Conduct rigorous testing and assessments of technology solutions to ensure they meet performance, security, and functional requirements. Provide comprehensive documentation on test results and collaborate with the team to refine solutions as needed.
• Work with clients to define technical needs, develop customized solutions, and create detailed plans for the integration and delivery of technology solutions. Ensure that all solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with client goals.
• Utilize your expertise in cyber technologies to inform solution development and advise on best practices, security protocols, and industry standards. Provide thought leadership in the cyber domain and recommend the best technologies to meet client needs.
• Work directly with clients to understand their requirements and provide ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle. Translate technical needs into actionable plans and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Stay informed of the latest trends in cyber technology, industry advancements, and market demands. Continuously evaluate emerging technologies to ensure that solutions provided to clients are cutting-edge and competitive.
• Collaborate with engineering, testing, security, and other teams to ensure successful project execution. Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers and team members.
• Maintain accurate records of integration, testing, and prototyping activities. Prepare technical reports and presentations to communicate results to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and clear communication throughout the project.

Required Skills

• Active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field. At least 5 years of experience in a related engineering or technology integration role.
• Proven experience in integrating and prototyping complex technology solutions. Strong background in developing, testing, and assessing cyber technology solutions.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, tools, and technologies. Knowledge of network security, encryption, threat analysis, and risk management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex technical issues and propose effective solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects. Willingness to adapt and stay current with evolving technologies and market trends.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams and lead projects from start to finish.

Desired Skills

• Experience with advanced prototyping tools and platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud-based systems, virtualized environments, and software-defined networks.
• Advanced certifications in cybersecurity or related technologies (e.g., CISSP, CompTIA Security+, etc.).
• Experience in the defense or government contracting space, particularly in cybersecurity and technology integration.
