We're seeking a Manager, Housing & Aftercare tooversee UGM's transitional housing and aftercare programs at the Women &Families Centre. In this vital role, you'll lead a dedicated team in creating asafe, supportive community while fostering recovery and personal growth fortenants. You'll bring addiction and recovery expertise to ensure our programsare trauma-informed and sensitive to Indigenous needs, all while reflecting thelove of Christ. You willfrequently deal with clients in crisis situations, brought about by diverseproblems. There will be other staffnearby to assist as required.

The startingrange for this position is $79,443.00 to $86,814.00 per annum.
