Job Description:

- Work in the Care Management unit as a Case Manager RN.
- Float between units and possibly to affiliate hospitals nearby.
- No on-call required; weekends required on a variable schedule.
- Work schedule flexibility with no block schedules required.
- Handle patient ratios of approximately 1:18.
- Follow a business casual dress code.
- Complete a non-billable orientation of 40 hours.
- Compliance with background checks and provision of two supervisory references covering at least one year.
- Commitment to work 3 out of the 5 major holidays.
- Completion of required modules (average of 16 hours, non-billable).
- Expected to float between all facilities within a given state as needed.
- Communication devices will be provided if required for the assignment.

Note: COVID-19 vaccine not required; Flu vaccine status unknown.
