Lead, Finance Strategy - Business Intelligence

Intuit is looking for a Lead to join the Intuit Finance Business Intelligence Team. This team is responsible for identifying market dynamics and competitive behaviors with a particular emphasis generating insights on where are the biggest growth avenues and the biggest risks for the business. A successful Lead will be a skilled strategic thinker, able to tie and leverage multiple sources of information and synthesize them into a results-oriented strategy, an excellent communicator and storyteller, and have strong financial and business acumen. This person should be a team player with an owner's mindset, eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced and high-expectations environment with significant executive exposure.

Responsibilities

• Drive competitive intelligence assessments, to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and potential disruptions relevant to the business
• Lead and maintain competitive teardowns and historical performance, ensuring there is a clear call to action for the business with limited guidance
• Understand the multi-year dynamics of each of the businesses in the portfolio, with an emphasis in determining our growth potential in each business
• Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track business performance, monitor progress towards strategic goals, and provide regular reports to stakeholders
• Build relationships with stakeholders across the organization and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to transform data into actionable insights for the business
