Position Overview:
Hansgrohe, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior National Key Account Manager to oversee the national sales operations across Ferguson Enterprises. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of consistent sales growth, with a minimum of 10 years of sales experience with Ferguson Enterprises, and will be responsible for driving sales performance, building relationships, and leading cross-functional teams to support business goals.
This position requires frequent travel to ensure that showrooms and related professional locations are properly equipped, trained and achieving optimal performance. The Senior National Key account Manager will play a key role in energizing, collaborating with, and supporting Field Sales Representatives and Regional Sales Managers across the country.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership & Strategy:
- Lead national sales efforts to drive revenue growth across Ferguson Enterprises' showrooms, Build.com, and master distribution channels.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans that align with company goals, ensuring continuous sales growth and market penetration.
- Maintain a strategic focus on high-value opportunities, key industry sectors, and emerging market opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, pricing and competitive landscapes to adjust sales approaches as necessary.
- Accurately create and manage monthly forecasts at national and regional levels.
- HG Team Development & Collaboration:
- Energize and collaborate regularly with field sales representatives, regional sales managers, and other internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
- Provide ongoing leadership, guidance, and training to the sales team and supporting Key Account Manager to ensure that they are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and support needed for success.
- Foster a collaborative and positive working environment that encourages open communication, idea sharing, and mutual support.
- Work closely with Sales Operations, Finance and Marketing partners to effectively manage product demand planning, product introductions, promotions, campaigns, contracts and financial tracking.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers contacts and related contractors, designers, and industry professionals to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct needs assessments to ensure clients receive solutions to their specific business requirements.
- Proactively address client concerns, resolve issues quickly, and ensure the delivery of superior service.
- Merchandising & Product Training:
- Ensure that showrooms and professional locations are properly merchandised with relevant products, displays, and marketing materials to drive sales.
- Oversee training initiatives for sales associates, ensuring that they are knowledgeable about product offerings, industry trends, and sales strategies.
- Regularly review and update product displays to ensure they are aligned with current market needs and company objectives.
- Travel & Field Presence:
- Travel frequently to Ferguson showrooms, Build.com facilities, and other professional locations to ensure the execution of sales plans, resolve any issues, and maintain a strong presence with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide regular feedback to senior management regarding regional sales performance, challenges, and opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership sales roles focused on Ferguson Enterprises in the building products or distribution industry.
- Proven track record of consistent sales growth and exceeding revenue targets across multiple FEI channels, including showrooms, e-commerce, and distribution.

Preferred / Required Qualifications:
- MBA Preferred, Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required.
- Industry-specific certifications or training related to sales or building materials/products.
Travel Requirements:
- This position requires frequent travel, including overnight stays, to Ferguson showrooms, Build.com, and other professional sites across the country.
Language Skills
- Read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals and financial reports.
- Respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
- Effectively present information to management.
Knowledge and Skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Word, MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and other software required.
- Proficiency in the use of Sales and Financial reporting tools such as Microsoft BI and Sales Analytics Cloud.
- Experience effectively managing customer CRM (C4C) or similar solutions.
- Highly effective in leading and executing group presentations, both in person and on remote calls.

- This position can be based in either Alpharetta, Georgia or Newport News, Virginia.
