Navy Experienced Ballistic Missile Defense Commander (BMD) Commander or Combat Systems Coordinator (CSC)

We are recruiting an experienced Navy Experienced Ballistic Missile Defense Commander (BMD) Commander or Combat Systems Coordinator (CSC) to join our team. Work is telework.

POSITION DUTIES: Primary job functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Apply experience with AD/BMD Mission Area as a qualified Tactical Action Officer or BMD Watch Officer or Combat Systems Coordinator (CSC).
• Utilize Naval Warfare Specialist experience in implementation of Task Group Concept as an Air Defense Warfare Commander (AMDC/W) or as a senior staff member for a Task Group/Force Commander, or as a Senior Facilitator with equivalent experience training warfare commanders or senior staff members.
• Apply experience with Battle Force Team Trainer (BFTT) and Tactical Data Information Link generation systems supporting LOS Link 11(A) /16(J), Satellite-J, Link 16, Global Command and Control System-Maritime (GCCS-M); Tactical Voice/Data Communications.
• Apply experience in naval warfare operations or conducting training for naval warfare or equivalent joint experience.
• Use experience operating a C5I system in a FST or equivalent complex architecture as well as the management of combat systems configuration, operations.
• Use experience in scenario development/training/operation experience with Joint Semi Automated Forces (JSAF); Multi-System Automated Remote-Control Interface (MARCI).
• Use experience serving onboard an AEGIS DDG and or CG.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Applicants MUST have this experience:

• The Surface Force Training and Readiness Manual (SFTRM).
• Composite Warfare Commander construct.
• Command and Control, regarding surveillance, engagement and planning functions required for each of the various numbered fleets.
• Staff and Fleet operations and planning procedures.
• Fleet Synthetic Training architecture

• Ballistic Missile Defense Planning and Operations (BMD Officer/CSC preferred)
