What You Will Be Doing
- Handle a variety of plaintiff personal injury cases from the start of litigation through trial, including class action suits
- Work closely with managing partner on the firm's most crucial cases
- Draft pleadings and conduct depositions including experts
- Prepare and respond to written discovery, motions practice, and jury trials
- Supervise full-time paralegal / case manager and work with them on a day-to-day basis
What You Need for this Position
- 4+ Years of Litigation Experience in Personal Injury Law (trial experience strongly preferred)
- J.D. or Esquire
- Colorado Bar License
- Experience handling Class Action cases in the P.I. space
- Competency in Case-Management Software
- Ability to Manage a Large Caseload
