Role descriptionWe are looking for an experienced professional to manage the progress and quality of Siemens system installations, including BMS (Building Management Systems), security systems, and FMS (Facility Management Systems) in a pharmaceutical environment.
The ideal candidate will oversee installation and commissioning activities, support invoice validation through earned value analysis, ensure schedule tracking, and align system expectations with NN Operations and EH&S Groups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the installation and commissioning of Siemens BMS controls, security systems, and FMS systems.
  • Ensure progress and quality of system installations meet project specifications and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with contractors and vendors to address installation issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Perform quality inspections and audits to verify system performance and compliance.
  • Support the validation of earned value metrics with invoices, ensuring alignment with project progress.
  • Track and manage schedules to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Coordinate with NN Operations and EH&S Groups to align system installation with operational and safety expectations.
  • Generate progress reports and provide updates to project stakeholders.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Proven experience in managing Siemens system installations, specifically BMS, security, and FMS systems.
  • Strong understanding of installation and commissioning processes for control and man-agement systems.
  • Familiarity with earned value analysis and validation of invoices for system-related work.
  • Expertise in schedule tracking and project management tools.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical environments or similarly regulated industries is a strong plus.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills for liaising with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Availability to start in March/April is preferred.


Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of regulatory and safety standards applicable to pharmaceutical facility systems.
  • Proficiency in Siemens control systems and their integration with facility operations.
  • Strong analytical skills to validate progress and identify potential installation or quality risks.
