Key Responsibilities:
- Champion a culture of legendary service and safety excellence throughout the maintenance department
- Manage maintenance schedules and staff to ensure optimal service delivery and safety compliance
- Mentor and develop team members to embody our commitment to exceptional service and safety
- Oversee quality control processes to maintain our high standards of service and safety
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless, safe, and superior client experience
- Continuously improve processes to enhance both service quality and safety measures
Qualifications:
- Valid AME licence, M2 category
- Proven experience in aircraft maintenance management
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on service excellence and safety culture
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Commitment to continuous improvement in service and safety standards
