Overview

As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the product roadmap, working cross-functionally with design, engineering, and other key stakeholders to deliver data-driven, user-centric products. You will lead strategic product initiatives, balancing long-term vision with short-term deliverables, and will be responsible for crafting product strategies that drive business impact.

What You'll Do
  • Break down complex, open-ended problems and articulate a clear product strategy. Define product vision and craft long-term strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Identify customer pain points and prioritize customer needs. Use both qualitative and quantitative data to inform product decisions, ensuring solutions address real user needs.
  • Work closely with design, engineering, and other departments to ensure seamless product development. Foster collaboration across teams, and effectively integrate design research, user feedback, and business requirements into product development processes.
  • Drive product ideation sessions, brainstorm solutions, and prioritize initiatives. Set clear goals and metrics to track product progress and success, iterating quickly to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility of product plans. Make informed decisions around technical trade-offs, scope, and feasibility, with a focus on driving impactful results.
  • Leverage data to inform product decisions, measure success, and drive product improvements. Use split testing, ROI analysis, and proxy metrics to evaluate product performance and make data-backed decisions.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech or a similar industry.
  • Proven ability to break down complex problems using structured thinking and frameworks.
  • Deep customer empathy and the ability to translate user needs into actionable product strategies.
  • Strong experience in prioritization frameworks and balancing short-term wins with long-term goals.
  • Strong technical ability to collaborate with engineers and understand technical trade-offs.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams with a proven track record of shipping high-quality products.
  • Outstanding communication skills, able to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to measure business impact through product metrics.
  • Deep understanding of the mobile app ecosystem, including app store dynamics, user acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization strategies.
  • Experience optimizing mobile-first user experiences, including leveraging push notifications, in-app messaging, and personalization to drive user engagement.
  • Proven track record of working with mobile analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Firebase, Adjust) to inform product decisions and improve user retention and conversion rates.

Nice to Have
  • Experience working with products related to lending, credit cards, payments, or other financial services.
  • Strong experience with A/B testing and split testing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with mobile app ecosystems and financial technology.
