Summary
Lidl US is searching for the next HRIS Consultant to join our HR Team! The HRIS Consultant should have a deep expertise and understanding in SuccessFactors modules and SAP HCM. This role will support the current HRIS landscape and participate in a project to implement a new system for our company. The HRIS Consultant will also provide ongoing support, optimize system efficiency, and support additional HR systems and processes as needed. The successful candidate will excel in project management, creating functional specifications, and supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple HR systems and processes.
** This position reports to our Headquarters in Arlington, VA on a hybrid 3-day schedule. **
What You'll Do
Effectively manage projects and project timelines while working independently and collaboratively to achieve short, medium, and long-term departmental visions
Evaluate industry best practices and monitor developments and innovations within the retail sector particular to their business that may be beneficial to the daily operations of the organization.
Analyze and evaluate projects and develop ideas and/or practical solutions for streamlining business processes
Participate in the end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0, ensuring seamless migration
Develop and execute a harmonization strategy to align processes across global business units by partnering with HR, IT, and external vendors ensuring smooth data migration, system configuration, and integrations
Optimize SuccessFactors modules to enhance efficiency, reporting, and compliance.
Manage, test, and implement complex system configurations and customizations as needed.
Act as a primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SuccessFactors and other HRIS.
Lead change management initiatives to ensure user adoption and minimize disruption during the implementation phase.
Develop and lead comprehensive post-go-live support plans, including system monitoring, enhancements, and training updates.
Prepare and maintain detailed documentation and user guides.
Provide training and ongoing support to HR teams and end users to drive system adoption.
Develop ad-hoc reports and dashboards based on stakeholder requirements.
Monitor and action support issues logged through the HRIS Systems in accordance with SLA agreements.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Proven experience implementing, optimizing, and managing all aspects of SuccessFactors HCM implementation including requirements gathering, fit or gap analysis, functional design development, user acceptance testing, training and deployment activities
Strong background in HRIS system migrations and integrations.
Experience with global HR operations and cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to analyze and streamline HR processes for scalability and efficiency
Experience on working with stakeholders on requirements and business process definition, software development/systems integration and application support
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with HR processes and global standards
Previous experience in training/project management
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Experience with integration tools like SAP Integration Suite, APIs, or middleware.
Proficiency in configuring SF EC & ONB 2.0 business rules, workflows, and templates.
Strong knowledge of SAP HCM with an emphasis on PA, OM, PY, PT and or ESS/MSS modules and their integration with other implementation or upgrades
Strong knowledge of APIs and their integration with other systems
Multi-State/International experience
Required Education, Certifications/ Licenses, Related Experience
Bachelor's degree
3-5 years of experience in a related field
In lieu of degree, 5+ years of experience in related field will meet the education and related experience requirements listed above
Experience with HRIS systems, SAP HCM Systems, ADP
