Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and teams while ensuring compliance with building codes and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage MEP projects from initiation to completion
• Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with building codes and standards
• Supervise site management and quality control processes
• Prepare cost estimates and manage project finances
• Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and vendors
• Utilize AutoCAD and Revit for design and planning purposes
• Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders
• Problem solve and address project challenges effectively

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering or related field
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in MEP projects
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and building codes
• Experience in cost estimation and contract negotiation
• Familiarity with project management software and tools
• LEED certification is a plus
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
