- All aspects of a project (safety, quality, schedule, budget, material procurement)
- Maintaining good relationships with trade partners, client, and design team
- Developing RO employees
- Creating an effective project plan, communicating the plan, and developing course correction strategies when deviations occur
- Supporting winning project pursuits
Skills & Qualifications
- 7+ years in the commercial construction industry
- General knowledge of all business systems
- Well versed in budget management
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
