Overview
  • Founded in 2023, Crown Properties Collection's (CPC) is the boutique global commercial division of Oak View Group (OVG) offering holistic strategy and sponsorship representation for select, world renowned sports and entertainment properties. The CPC team is based in Denver, New York, London and Abu Dhabi and are led by our Core Principles:

This role will pay a salary of $145,000 to $165,000. and is bonus eligible

This position will remain open until May 23, 2025.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with VP, Partnership Sales to source, develop and negotiate complex, multiyear sponsorship partnerships
  • Relentlessly prospect and drive outreach to potential partners.
  • Engage in a partner-focused, consultative sales approach, identifying and understanding client needs and delivering creative solutions that drive revenue.
  • In conjunction with the Partner Solutions and Strategy teams, develop best-in-class presentations.
  • Leverage hosting assets across the OVG Portfolio and tent poles sports and entertainment events to develop new relationships and close deals.
  • Evolve with Crown Properties as it grows its clientele base to support sales efforts for future clients.
  • Drive leads across the broader Oak View Group portfolio if/when appropriate.
  • Participate in and embrace team culture where wins are collective and not individual; Celebrate success.
  • Special projects or other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 10+ years' sports/entertainment industry experience, ideally with a focus on complex, high-investment sales that require C-Suite sign off.
  • Other beneficial work experiences could include but are not limited to sports and/or live event marketing, brand management, corporate consulting or corporate affairs.
  • Strong natural selling skills with proven experience in pitch and strategic positioning.
  • Must have the presence, visibility and record of accomplishment which will enable him/her to immediately establish credibility both within the organization and with individuals outside.
  • A data-driven approach to sales and experienced in CRM (preferably Salesforce).
