Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the mechanical and electrical engineering teams.
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of engineering projects.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project integration.
- Develop and implement engineering processes and best practices.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in both mechanical and electrical engineering.
