Key Responsibilities

Technical expert in at least one R&D discipline (Optic, Electronic, Motion, SEM).

1. Support R&D module owner in "Off & On Tool" Module Integration, Calibration and Qualification;

2. Qualify Module performance to spec (on & off tool);

3. Support R&D development (C&F) activities.

Lead Qualifications:

1. Lead Qualification of non-system components (isolated from application);

2. Provide risk assessment.

3. Define & execute Qualification plans; Define, execute and qualify calibration procedures (off and on tool).

Tool owner - Expert in tool Build and Integration.

Production documentation: define and qualify full build book and full sub system ATP tests.

High debug ability and 3rd level of escalation to modules that are within area of expertise

Tool owner - Expert in tool Build and Integration
Single Point of Contact and Owner for a set of tools in lab
Maintain all the documents and records about the systems like PM history and calendar
Align the job priorities on tools/chambers working with TPM and KPU
Plan the Retrofit activities on a system working with Engineering and TPM
Tool/ chamber commissioning and decommissioning owner
Help an Engineering owner to document PTP and risk assessment of a change including simple procedure
Review and approve an MOC for the tools under His/ Her ownership
Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience(Lab Techs); may lead projects with

manageable risks and resource requirements
Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information
Escalate an issue to Engineering team if it requires an expert support
Enable Lab Tech to report an NC in Pivot and follow up on any solution
Keep track of all the incoming and outgoing parts for a tool/ chamber (PCT)
Plan any facility changes for a tool or troubleshoot a facility issue working with SET team
Install a SW delivered by CSS team to be tested on a tool and keep record of all the SW changes
Maintain the required calibration and maintenance tools required for the tool set
Escalate and follow up on GSR, PASR needs to facilities team

U.S. Salary Range:
$138,000.00 - $190,000.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
