Description:

Oversees the development, integration and administration of Ambulatory Services operations and/or supporting functions. Directs and implements financial, strategic planning, supporting services and/or operational activities for ambulatory functions, operations and affiliated relationships. Facilitates quality improvement initiatives and the integration of the Health System's values. Makes recommendations for new initiatives to Vice President Ambulatory Operations. Direct reporting to Vice President, Ambulatory Operations for daily responsibilities; leadership/oversight of new strategic initiatives for TFPP.

Education
Bachelors Degree: Health Care Administration, Public Health, Business (Required)
Masters Degree: Health Care Administration, Public Health, Business (Required) (Will consider in progress status along with relevant experience)

Experience
10 years progressively responsible senior management experience in ambulatory or healthcare department administration in a related field (Required)
Progressively challenging managerial experience in an organization of comparable scope and complexity.
Proven track record as a business partner with the ability to implement new initiatives.
Ability to multi-task, function independently and make decisions as a representative of the Vice President of Ambulatory Operations.
Financial, program and business planning; staff supervision and development.
This position requires the ability to apply broad technical, clinical or professional knowledge and significant job-related experience to function as an internal consultant and assume managerial responsibility in a regional setting within a large and complex organization.
