Salary Range: $90,000-$150,000 ayear

- Thisposition is responsible for leading and managing the successful delivery of SAPS4 HANA Transformation.
- Thisposition oversees the planning, execution, and control of all aspects of theprogram, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, risks, issues,and stakeholder management. This position works closely with business leaders,IT teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of expectations,objectives, and outcomes. This position also ensures adherence to the BusinessSystem and best practices for SAP S4 HANA transformation.
- 5+ years of leading SAPS4 transformation projects, systems, processes, and suppliers.
- Experience withmanaging suppliers, including successfully implementing supplier servicechanges.
- Experience in drivingtechnology change and rollouts.
- Ability to createbusiness cases and get approval from C-level executives and business partners.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Create andfollow a strong program governance structure for clear communication, gooddecisions, and fast problem-solving.
- Manage theprogram scope, timeline, and outcomes with project management methods andtools, such as agile, waterfall, or hybrid.
- Use EVMmethods to monitor and report on the program performance, progress, and value.
- Make sureresources are used well, priorities are aligned, and standards and bestpractices are followed.
- Reportregularly and accurately on the program status, achievements, challenges, andrisks, using the right formats and tools.
- Find,assess, and reduce potential program risks, such as technical, operational,financial, or reputational risks. Report issues as needed and have backupplans.
- Work withthe implementation partner to ensure quality and timely program delivery, solveany problems or conflicts, and give feedback and guidance as needed.
- Track the program budget andexpenses and revenue against the plan. Report any differences or risks andsuggest fixes.
Salary Range: $90,000-$150,000 ayear
