Description
The CAD Technician will prepare CAD maps for telecommunications infrastructure projects. Projects include preparing designs, staking maps, and as-built maps for Fiber-to-the-Premise (FTTP) construction projects.

Description
The CAD Technician will prepare CAD maps for telecommunications infrastructure projects. Projects include preparing designs, staking maps, and as-built maps for Fiber-to-the-Premise (FTTP) construction projects.
Qualifications
Education:
- High School Diploma.
Experience:
- 3D-associated GIS toolsets that are utilized in the mapping of telecommunications outside plant networks.
- Experience with ESRI ArcGIS and shapefile creation/manipulation.
- Google Earth PRO and file structure.
- Experience with preparing CAD documentation for telecom service providers is preferred.
- Requires good oral and written communication skills.
- Detailed experience with AutoCAD Civil.
Skills:
- MS Office suite.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work on multiple projects.

Work Schedule:
- This is not a remote position.
Compensation/Benefits:
- Pay commensurate with experience and skills up to $42.00 an hour, plus overtime.
