Outcomes: The Sr. Pricing Manager is expected to achieve the following outcomes:
1. Timely assistance to Task Order Program Managers and Program Control Specialists resulting in the on-time submission of accurate financial information in response to customer requests.
2. Improve win rate by 30% of submitted proposals.
Education: Bachelor's degree in a business discipline. Master's Degree is preferred.
Responsibilities:
1. Support business development activities, including preparation for, writing, reviewing, finalizing, and submitting proposals.
2. Oversee proposal development, prepare the proposal cost estimate, and prepare cost and contract/administrative volumes.
3. Provide contract management, financial management, and related support to program managers and program control specialists, particularly for the SAF/CDM contracts.
4. Serve as the Corporate OASIS Small Business Program Manager (COPM) for our OASIS SB Pool 1 and Pool 3 contracts.
5. Manage registration with the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC) and ensure compliance with the Arms Export Control Act (AECA) and International Traffic in Arms regulations (ITAR).
Qualifications:
The candidate must have the following qualifications:
Minimum 7 years of experience in pricing and/or cost analysis.
Strong analytical background with a fluency in building and administering cost models in Excel.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Understanding of contractual, financial, security, recruiting and administrative operations.
