Duties and Responsibilities:

Deployment and Maintenance
  • Implement and maintain Cybersecurity, Alarm Management, and Operator Training Simulation solutions (OTS), ensuring alignment with project requirements and industry standards.
  • Provide the technical expertise needed to implement designed solutions with precision and reliability.
  • Consult on software architecture strategies in alignment with ICS cybersecurity best practices and client requirements

Solution Support and Troubleshooting
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with current product installations and future designed solutions.
  • Work with customers and internal teams to resolve technical challenges, ensuring system performance and customer satisfaction.

Collaboration and Documentation
  • Support Advanced Automation Solution Consultants by creating and refining written procedures, ensuring clarity and accuracy for deployment and operational use.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align projects with the organization's OT/ICS cybersecurity goals.

Strategic Focus
  • Contribute to Puffer-Sweiven's OT/ICS cybersecurity initiatives by implementing and maintaining robust, secure, and efficient solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Knowledge:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Automation, Management of Information Systems or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Solid understanding of OT/ICS cybersecurity principles and industry standards.
  • Strong technical expertise in cybersecurity, alarm management, or OTS solutions.

Experience/Skills:
  • 3+ years of experience in OT/ICS systems implementation, maintenance, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in deploying and troubleshooting advanced automation systems.

Certifications (Preferred)
  • ISA/IEC 62443 Certifications
  • CompTia+ Series

COMPETENCIES:
  • Effective problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills for procedure development and team collaboration.
