Executive Summary: The IT SAP SD Senior Analyst is a subject matter expert responsible for the development, support, and ongoing enhancement of the SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) module. This role involves collaborating with business leaders, managing third-party vendors, and ensuring the effective implementation and maintenance of SAP SD solutions, including Variant Configuration.

Job Summary: The SAP SD Senior Analyst will provide expertise in the Sales & Distribution area of SAP, supporting the SAP implementation project and ongoing operations. This role includes coordinating team efforts, managing vendor interactions, and partnering with business leaders to develop and maintain SAP solutions.

Essential Job Functions:

• Coordinate and prioritize team efforts.
• Serve as the IT functional owner for SAP SD.
• Interact with third-party vendors for SAP environment support.
• Partner with business leaders to understand requirements and develop SAP solutions.
• Provide subject matter expertise and leadership to limit system customizations.
• Collaborate with development resources to create and maintain RICEF objects.
• Work with the Infrastructure team as needed.
• Lead the creation of security role specifications.
• Provide functional support for training and development of business resources.

Skills Required:

• Significant experience with SAP SD configuration, including Variant Configuration.
• Experience with S/4 HANA is a major plus.
• Cross-functional expertise in MM/PP or FICO a strong plus
• Strong project management skills on multiple SAP implementation projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to partner with business users and management at all levels.
• Discretion and adaptability to change.
• Ability to manage overlapping projects.
• Patience and teamwork skills.

Previous Work Experience:

• At least five years of relevant experience as an SAP SD subject matter expert, including Variant Configuration.
• Key roles in multiple SAP implementations.

Educational Requirements:

• Four-year degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field is highly desired.

Location & Travel Requirements:

• Candidate may be located in areas surrounding Pauls Valley, OK, Wichita Falls, TX, DFW Area, Mexicali, Mexico, or Landrum, South Carolina.
• Location is flexible for the right candidate.
• If not near one of the locations above, must be willing to travel to various locations approx. once per month, with higher travel levels during certain project phases.
