We are looking to add new talent to our growing team! We are currently seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Professional 1 who will perform recruiting activities with efficiency, creativity, professionalism, and leadership. This is a full-time, temporary position located in our Burlington, MA office or virtually.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will:
- Drive the full-life recruitment cycle within and across identified business units.
- Partner closely with hiring managers throughout the country to clarify hiring needs for open requisitions, learning their business basics to support your work in filling open positions.
- Communicate in a friendly, professional, and inclusive manner with candidates.
- Schedule and participate in interviews, prep meetings, and feedback meetings.
- Guides candidates through the search, application, and hiring process
- Negotiate compensation packages based on current market and internal pay strategy.
- Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure that all hiring processes are compliant with company and regulatory policies.
- Maintain consistency and adherence to internal performance and management framework.
- Partner with managers, candidates, HR, local office administration, and other internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding and integration process.
- Build and nurture professional relationships with candidates and new hires/employees.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 4+ years of experience in high-volume recruitment, specifically university recruitment.
- Experience working with an engineering, scientific, construction, or consulting firm a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks, responding promptly and effectively to internal and external clients.
- Demonstrated success in multitasking, being detail-oriented, and highly organized.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking Systems, specifically Cornerstone.
- Experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter to source candidates.
- Strong Excel skills are preferred.
- Strong professional drive and eagerness to contribute to individual and company success.
- Ability to work independently.
