Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate material procurement and ensure timely delivery of resources.
- Monitor project progress and implement cost control measures to stay within budget.
- Ensure site safety standards are met and maintained throughout the project life cycle.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to report on project status and address any issues that arise.
- Conduct project risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, preferably on commercial, higher education, healthcare, or municipal projects.
- Proven experience in material procurement and project scheduling.
- Strong knowledge of project budgeting and cost control practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is highly desirable.
