Senior Project Manager

Position Overview:
The Senior Project Manager will oversee and manage multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and effective communication skills to coordinate between various stakeholders and drive project success. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate material procurement and ensure timely delivery of resources.
• Monitor project progress and implement cost control measures to stay within budget.
• Ensure site safety standards are met and maintained throughout the project life cycle.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to report on project status and address any issues that arise.
• Conduct project risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, preferably on commercial, higher education, healthcare, or municipal projects.
• Proven experience in material procurement and project scheduling.
• Strong knowledge of project budgeting and cost control practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is highly desirable.
