The Senior Program Manager, Strategy & Operations plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing company strategy across Entrata. Reporting directly to the Head of Strategy & Operations, this position is responsible for driving high-impact initiatives that align with the company's strategic direction.

This role will focus on API Monetization, Launch & Release Readiness, and other high-priority business initiatives as needed. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical and results-oriented leader who brings a cross-functional, data-driven approach to problem-solving. They excel at implementing operational improvements that enhance speed, growth, and transparency while driving high-impact projects from strategy to execution. With strong business acumen and exceptional communication skills, they can influence stakeholders at all levels and navigate complex initiatives with precision.

Responsibilities
    • Lead cross-functional collaboration to drive the company's 3-5 highest-priority initiatives from strategy through execution.
    • Provide clear, concise, and regular reporting on key initiatives, including status updates, timelines, risks, and impact assessments, to the executive team.
    • Identify, recommend, and implement operational improvements that drive efficiency, scalability, and measurable P&L impact.
    • Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data from multiple sources to diagnose root causes of business challenges and propose actionable solutions.
    • Translate complex ideas into executable strategies, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and delivering measurable outcomes.


Minimum Qualifications
    • 7+ years of relevant experience in a strategic, consulting, or operational leadership role.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and effectively influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
    • Proven track record of designing, implementing, and optimizing processes in a high-growth or enterprise environment.
    • Strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.


Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience working in an enterprise SaaS organization.
    • Experience at Bain, McKinsey, or another top-tier consulting firm.
    • Deep industry knowledge in FinTech, Property Management, or Online Payments.
    • Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • Background in Product Management or Software Engineering.
