Schedule: Flexible, Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Salary: $110K - $120K per year (DOE)

What You'll Do as an Occupational Therapist
As part of the Ancora Therapy Team, you will:
Develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and daily function
Teach adaptive techniques to help patients regain independence
Assess and recommend home modifications to enhance safety and accessibility
Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers
Train patients on assistive and adaptive equipment
Monitor and document patient progress toward recovery goals
Collaborate with the care team to ensure comprehensive patient care
What We're Looking For
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Active Occupational Therapy license in Alaska
2+ years of experience (preferred)
Strong communication & time management skills
Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
Proof of current auto insurance & vehicle registration
Fingerprint clearance card (we can assist with obtaining one)
CPR certification & negative TB test (we can help with these as well)
