Davidson is seeking a Red Hat/Windows Administrator in Huntsville, Alabama.

Davidson is seeking a Red Hat/Windows Administrator to support the Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS). This role involves system management, package management, and shell scripting. Having strong analytical and logical thinking skills will contribute to the success of this position.

Job Responsibilities:

• RHEL Administration
• Using Ansible (automation tools)
• Familiar using Ansible to automate deployment of systems, streamline updates and patches, system checks & verifications
• Troubleshooting complex system issues and identify root causes
• Using effective communication with other IT teams to coordinate deployment activities

Requirements:

• CompTIA Security+ certification
• Ability to collaborate with government stakeholders and Agile teams

Desired Competencies:

• BS in Engineering field or related discipline
• Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA), Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE)
• Use of Automation Tools on RHEL systems to deploy and configure Windows systems including patching and updating Windows Systems.

Must possess an active Secret DoD Clearance
