Description:
The Certified Service Provider (CSP) program empowers third-party service providers and sophisticated Megapack customers to perform service on Megapack systems. As the CSP Account Manager, you will identify and onboard potential third-party service providers globally, ensuring they are commercially prepared to support Megapack customers. Additionally, you will assist sophisticated Megapack customers in becoming certified and operationally ready. Post-onboarding operational support will transition to the Asset Management team.
This role demands a combination of technical expertise, commercial acumen, and exceptional collaboration skills. Experience in renewable energy operations, maintenance, and asset management is essential.

Responsibilities
- Market Development: Collaborate with business development, service, and sales teams to identify target markets and create roadmaps to ensure global support for Megapack systems
- Service Provider Engagement: Identify and directly engage potential service providers worldwide
- Commercial Preparation: Guide service providers as they establish readiness to support Megapack customers
- Customer Onboarding: Facilitate onboarding for certified Megapack customers and third-party providers, preparing them for efficient operations
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to commercial offerings and operational processes to accelerate Megapack adoption
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in asset management, operations & maintenance, or project development
- Preferred background in asset management within energy storage, solar, wind, or similar industries
- Familiarity with utilities, independent power producers (IPPs), and large-scale energy developers, including their operational requirements
- Strong understanding of contract development, negotiation, and execution processes
- A balanced blend of technical knowledge and commercial expertise, coupled with excellent analytical and decision-making skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to establish strong relationships with stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- A proactive mindset and passion for driving renewable energy transformation
- Commitment to continuous improvement through industry insights and customer feedback

$108,000 - $210,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
