Position Purpose:
This position is responsible for the overall planning, organizing, and execution of all network/security and supporting systems functions. This includes supporting and maintaining existing applications and developing new technical solutions. This position also defines and implements information system procedures and best practices, including directing information and cyber security, building security/administration, systems and networking management, disaster recovery, records management, telephone system and various equipment and contract management.

Education/Certification:
Four-year degree or equivalent work experience.
Certifications:
Cisco Certified Network Associate, GIAC is preferred.
Required Knowledge:
Must be proficient in MS Office Suite.
Working knowledge of all information system programs: core system, networking, e-mail, telephone system, security and records management.
Experience Required:
Eight years information systems experience.
Five years financial industry or credit union management experience.
Five years supervisory experience.
Two years public speaking or group presentation experience.
Corelation Keystone experience a strong plus.
Skills/Abilities:
Requires the development, preparation, and monitoring of budgets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent coaching and mentoring skills.
Able to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
Able to work independently and make sound decisions.
Activities and Requirements of this Position:
Repetitive Motion:
Movements frequently and regularly required using wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
Communication Skills:
Must frequently convey detailed or important instructions of ideas accurately and quickly.
Visual Abilities:
Average visual acuity necessary to read, prepare and inspect documents or products.
Hearing:
Able to hear average or normal conversations and receive information.
Physical Strength:
Sedentary work (sitting most of the time). Must be able to lift, push and pull up to a minimum of 70 lbs.
Reasoning Ability:
Able to apply common sense understanding to carry-out detailed instructions and to deal with problems involving variables.
Mathematics Ability:
Able to perform basic math skills including adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing using a calculator.
Language Ability:
Able to write complex sentences using normal word order with present and past tenses, as well as a command of the English vocabulary.
Working Conditions:
Air-conditioned, smoke-free office setting. Must be able to travel to branch sites. Some traveling required.

Position Purpose:

Essential Functions:
- Manages, coaches, counsels, motivates, and trains staff to enable them to perform at a superior level in their respective position. This includes performance management, setting and meeting goals, establishing measurements, and handling personnel issues.
- Develops and assesses departmental goals, measurements and strategies to attain a high level of service, accuracy, efficiency and product knowledge. Performs timely analysis of departmental productivity and reports to the Assistant VP of Information Technology. Implements solutions to areas that require improvements.
- Responsible for information technology and cyber security.
- Responsible for records and archival management.
- Ensures regulatory compliance.
- Assists Senior Management in developing short and long range plans, strategic plans, information policies and procedures, and credit union measurements.
- Supports and carries out the strategic objectives of the credit union.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Maintain efficient production levels to meet strategic goals.
- Ensure IT /Records employees are appropriately trained and developed.
- Minimize downtime in information systems.
- Maintain member data security and privacy.
