Employment Type: Full-time (Monday to Friday)

Salary: $160,000 per year + Bonus Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct follow-up appointments with patients to monitor progress and manage ongoing treatment plans.
• Handle referrals and coordinate medical management to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Work independently, managing a caseload of 25-40 patients daily, providing high-quality care and addressing patient concerns effectively.

Requirements:

• Valid New York State Physician Assistant license.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification.
• Open to new graduates as well as experienced candidates. A valid DEA license is required.
