Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Luxury Used Car Manager to oversee and drive the success of our pre-owned vehicle department. This role requires a deep understanding of the luxury automotive market, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing inventory, pricing, and sales performance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for high-end vehicles and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the pre-owned vehicle department, including acquisition, pricing, merchandising, and sales strategy.
• Source and acquire high-quality luxury pre-owned vehicles through auctions, trade-ins, and direct purchases.
• Monitor market trends and pricing to ensure competitive positioning and optimal profit margins.
• Develop and maintain relationships with wholesalers, manufacturers, and financial institutions.
• Train, mentor, and motivate the pre-owned sales team to achieve performance targets.
• Ensure that all inventory is properly reconditioned, displayed, and marketed to attract discerning buyers.
• Work closely with the finance and service departments to streamline operations and maximize profitability.
• Maintain exceptional customer service standards to enhance retention and reputation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience as a Used Car Manager, Pre-Owned Sales Manager, or similar leadership role in the luxury automotive industry.
• Deep knowledge of luxury and exotic vehicle brands, market trends, and customer preferences.
• Strong negotiation, pricing, and inventory management skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in dealership management software (DMS), CRM systems, and online vehicle marketplaces.
• A results-driven mindset with a commitment to maximizing profitability and efficiency.
