Job Description:

- Provide nursing care for residents on the skilled nursing floor, consisting of 35-40 residents, including those receiving short-term rehabilitation.
- Collaborate with Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure comprehensive care.
- Extend support and communication with the RN supervisor accessible within the building.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
- Participate in a schedule that includes every other weekend and rotating holidays.
- Deliver compassionate and patient-centered care, adhering to facility policies and procedures.
