Worker's Compensation Attorney

We are a boutique workers' compensation firm and we are looking for an experienced workers' compensation attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for representing clients in workers' compensation cases, providing legal advice, and ensuring that clients receive the benefits they are entitled to under the law. This position requires a strong understanding of workers' compensation laws and regulations, as well as excellent negotiation and litigation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in workers' compensation claims and hearings
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on workers' compensation matters
• Prepare and file legal documents related to cases
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
• Conduct research and analysis of legal issues and precedents
• Attend court hearings and advocate for clients' interests
• Collaborate with medical professionals and experts as needed
• Keep clients informed about the progress of their cases and any developments

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state
• Experience as a Defense Attorney in workers' compensation cases
• Strong knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations
• Excellent negotiation and litigation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
