Overview

How You'll Make an Impact

As the Director of Client Relations, you will be the primary client liaison for one or more of our retail clients. You will establish and maintain strong relationships across the client's retail media program with the objective of growing their business leveraging Epsilon's industry-leading technology and services. In partnership with the retailer client and Epsilon cross-functional leads you will align on annual revenue goals and set a charter and strategy to achieve that goal. Strategy, leadership, client service, creative problem solving are all attributes that will drive success. This role will exercise your ability to balance multiple priorities to ensure smooth execution and growth of the retail media program.

What You'll Achieve
  • Industry-leading strategy in the retail media space; rooted in both a technical understanding of identity, programmatic media, ad serving, measurement AND know-how of activating teams to be successful across core functions from Sales, Account Management, Creative Development, Campaign Operations and Reporting to achieve revenue goals.
  • Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills as well as strong written and verbal communication abilities in order to work with a broad array of client, agency and vendor contacts.
  • Excellent client service and problem-solving skills in order to mitigate risks and identify revenue-generating opportunities.
  • Consultative approach to selling in Epsilon technology and services that will enable our retailer clients to achieve their goals and objectives.

Who You Are
  • What you'll bring with you:
    • 10+ years' experience in retail media, marketing, and/or retail environment
    • Experience with Retailers and Retail Media
    • Experience working with multiple teams to deliver multi-channel programs such as onsite display, onsite sponsored search, offsite media, social, email- and ability to report on the performance.
    • Strategic marketing understanding including knowledge of identify resolution, programmatic media, ad serving technology, and staffing needed to bring a Retail Media program to market
    • Experience overseeing complex initiatives from inception to completion
    • Experience in program planning and project management/execution
    • Ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment.
    • Willingness to dive in with hands-on work ethic while setting priorities for teams to be successful.

Pay Range: $131,250 - $218,750

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
