This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, including laboratories, hospitals, manufacturing facilities, educational institutions, and commercial buildings.

What You'll Do:

As an Electrical Engineer, you'll lead projects from conceptual design to construction administration and post-occupancy. You'll collaborate across disciplines to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards. Responsibilities include:
  • Staying current with codes and technologies relevant to the electrical discipline.
  • Ensuring designs comply with established practices, standards, and applicable codes.
  • Conducting site visits to evaluate and gather data on electrical systems and materials.
  • Leading designs in a BIM environment.
  • Completing engineering and design tasks aligned with client specifications and codes.
  • Reviewing the work of junior team members for quality and providing mentorship.
  • Guiding junior engineers in design development and professional growth.
  • Collaborating with internal and external teams to see projects through from start to finish.

For roles supporting government projects: Candidates must be capable of obtaining and maintaining a security clearance.

What We're Looking For:

Ideal candidates should meet the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program.
  • Minimum of 5 years of electrical engineering experience in consulting or design-build environments.
  • Professional Electrical Engineer (PE) license is a plus.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills-written, verbal, and graphical.
  • Familiarity with building, electrical, and energy conservation codes, as well as NFPA standards.
  • Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SKM PTW.
  • Experience mentoring junior engineers and managing projects.
  • Strong ambition, work ethic, and a team-player mindset.
