We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interventional Pain Management Physician to join a pain practice in the Fayetteville, North Carolina area. - Base Salary: $350,000-$375,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
- Salary Guarantee: A guaranteed base salary for the first 1-2 years of employment, allowing for a smooth transition into the practice.
- Production-Based Model:After the guarantee period, compensation will shift to a production-based model, providing opportunities for increased earnings based on performance metrics and patient volume.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interventional Pain Management Physician to join a pain practice in the Fayetteville, North Carolina area. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of patients suffering from chronic pain conditions, all within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and consultations to develop tailored treatment plans for patients with chronic pain.
- Perform a variety of interventional procedures, including but not limited to:
- Epidural steroid injections
- Facet joint injections
- Sacroiliac joint injections
- Spinal cord stimulation
- Peripheral nerve blocks
- Discography
- Vertebroplasty/Kyphoplasty
- Interpret diagnostic imaging (X-rays, CT scans, MRIs) to identify conditions and recommend appropriate therapies.
Requirements:
- ACGME accredited with a completed fellowship in pain management.
- Board certification in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation or Anesthesiology is preferred;
- Proven track record of success in a clinical pain management setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong commitment to patient-centered care.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday during standard business hours
